Wocca offers a warm and stylish dining experience, serving high-quality, locally sourced British produce in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. In Anglo-Saxon times, Wocca was the revered chief of the Wochingas tribe, lending his name to the town of Woking. His people feasted on the freshest local beef, fish, and vegetables, a tradition deeply rooted in the land. Overview

REFURBISHMENT

DoubleTree by Hilton Woking has undergone a complete refurbishment in all meeting and events spaces. All 8 meeting rooms have been equipped with modern lighting and AV, stylishly decorated with new carpets, meeting room furniture along with tea and coffee stations. We have also upgraded and refurbished the breakout foyer to include new furniture and artwork creating a stimulating and modern area to enjoy networking and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you to our new facilities.

The Conference Center has been designed to provide the finest facilities and create the perfect environment for a successful and productive event. All our meeting rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, natural daylight and a blackout facility. Delegates can take advantage of the dedicated conference WiFi system. Complimentary WiFi is included for all attendees.

We offer a varied choice of spaces to hold a business conference, productive workshop or product launch; with eight versatile function rooms and boardrooms and a wide range of packages to suit all, we are sure to meet your needs.

Whether you require lunch in the meeting room, a series of themed refreshment breaks or a choice of tempting lunches in our restaurant, our comprehensive food and beverage service will ensure your delegates or guests receive exactly what they require.

Woking Suite

The Woking suite is located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre. A versatile function room, it’s suitable for a variety of events from large meetings and product launches to weddings. We pride ourselves on our level of service we offer, so you can be sure your event or meeting will be a success. Accommodating up to 300 guests, this function room is divisible into two sections with excellent acoustic and computerised lighting options.

The Byfleet Suite

The versatile Byfleet Suite is located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre. With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is an ideal venue for private meetings, workshops and private dining. It can accommodate up to 50 people and is also a licensed venue for civil weddings and partnership ceremonies. This room is divisible into two sections, Byfleet 1 and Byfleet 2, which can accommodate respectively up to 10 and 30 delegates. Both suites are equipped with a projector and screen.

Bisley

The Bisley room is located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre. The floor to ceiling windows floods the room with plenty of natural daylight, making it bright and airy. This room can take up to 14 delegates boardroom style and is equipped with a projector and screen.

Knaphill

The Knaphill Room, located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre, is our Executive Boardroom. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is ideal for training courses, small meetings, interviews or as a syndicate room. It accommodates up to 10 delegates boardroom style and provides the privacy and ambience for fine dining. This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV which can be connected to a laptop or iPad.

Chobham

The Chobham Room is located in the Conference Centre, on the ground floor. With air-conditioning and natural daylight, this room is ideal for training courses, small meetings, interviews or as a syndicate room. It can accommodate up to 12 delegates boardroom style and provides the privacy and ambience for fine dining. This room is equipped with flat-screen TVs which can be connected to a laptop or iPad.

Brooklands

Brooklands is located on the ground floor with easy access from the lobby. The room has a character of its own, named as it is after the famous Brooklands race track – the world’s first purpose-built motor racing circuit. Perfect for boardroom meetings, training sessions and private dining. This room will take you back to the time of George E. Stanley and Violette Cordery through memorabilia displayed as part of the décor.
